    Grants good sleep

    I save these pills for bad days, when I haven't slept several nights in a row, and I need to work properly, or before weekends, so I could enjoy life a little. Sometimes, they fail to keep me asleep for long enough, but the actual quality of the sleep is better. All things considered, they are a godsend.

    Helps with sleep but leaves me a little groggy the next day.

    Not bad. Helps with sleep but for me I do not feel well rested when I wake up. Leaves me with that groggy, foggy feeling. It may work fine for you as it does for a friend of mine.

    Excellent in all but 1 way....

    The packaging is a nightmare. Getting the pills out requires a utility knife and patience. But the product is wonderful so it's all worth it.
