The seller cheated us. Phone was lost in the mail for 2 weeks. We filed a claim with Ebay. Ebay's system wouldn't process the return. We filed a dispute with the bank. Phone arrived after 15 days. The seller sold an unlocked then sent a locked phone. We returned the phone. The seller complained, Ebay closed the return. The seller has the phone and the $151.52 that we paid for the unlocked phone. This seller is a cheat & a crook. Ebay's refuses reimbursement to the bank. Ebay - return our money.

This review is inaccurate. It is true that the phone was mislabeled as unlocked, and for that I apologized.
I accepted the return and was prepared to issue a full refund upon receipt of the item.
I never complained to or even spoke with EBay about this matter.
However, you opened a payment dispute with your bank which violates EBay’s terms of service. Upon opening a dispute with your bank, EBay closed the dispute automatically.
You need to speak with your bank now instead of EBay.
