So there was a defect to the shirt. A button came off when opening the package. It was obviously loose. I was accused of tampering with the item. It was a white button. It popped off on a white rug. I was lucky I was paying attention because my one year old could have easily swallowed it. Seller didn’t care at all. No apology. Said I was lying basically. Didn’t offer a replacement. Didn’t offer a refund of any kind. Said it went through quality control and it wasn’t possible. Horrible service!

I'm surprised by this feedback. We apologized for the button falling off as the shirt was inspected at shipping and it was still attached. We asked the buyer to request a return. We told the buyer we would send her a label to return the shirt and would issue a refund once we received it back. She told us she didn't want to return it and wanted to keep the shirt. Also, this sale was after she had previously purchased the shirt and refused to pay so ebay cancelled the sale and filed non-payment.
