Rude. Of course it is easy to contact us through ebay, simply click on “Contact Seller”. In addition, the buyer has all contact details on the invoice provided (phone, email....). After contact: rude communication, not interested in solution. I can't prove it, but given this behavior I even doubt the statement of incomplete delivery.

Der Helm weist Mängel auf. Klebestellen am Innenbezug vom Helm gehen auf bzw. sind nicht mehr verklebt. Auch Nähte gehen auf und sind schlecht verarbeitet. Auf Rückfrage, ob man am Preis etwas machen könnte, kamen nie Rückantworten. Sehr schade.

Es wurde von Kunden ein Fall geöffnet mit der Forderung eines Retourenlabels. Das haben wir natürlich zugesendet. Eine weitere Kontaktaufnahme durch den Kunden fand nicht statt.
