Things happen. Shipper emailed me that the products had holes in packages, and would refund money. Money was refunded. I later get a shipping notice that package was delivered with photo of where package was left. Just to be sure, I scoured my building to make sure the order was not left in any place similar to the photo. I think the shipper mixed up the labels, and shipped to wrong place. Like I said, things happen. I've made goofs as well. Am glad to get refund with no problems. That was nice.
