I had a good experience with this seller. The item was not working when I received it but the seller was quick to respond to my messages and was willing to do a return. We did some troubleshooting and found some adjustments needed to be made after a rough shipment. Grinder was full of old coffee but that's to be expected with an old machine like this and I will do a full cleaning before use.
