Shipped on 2nd day after purchase. TV received in 7 days via 18-wheeler in great condition. TV was new & was as described. Very satisfied with TV Email updates of shipping, tracking number, and delivery. Transport company called day before to tell me they would be delivering and would call when on their way. Did find TV for $40 less ($649) at Costco & Best Buy as soon as I ordered.

Seller delivered the product as advertised in a sealed box, brand new. Unfortunately, the item was defective. The seller provided an immediate refund. While I wish the stand had worked, it was not the seller's fault and they did everything right on the refund. The seller was not very communicative about the item before the sale, but was excellent once the sale was made and when a refund was needed. I would buy from them again.
