Item description and seller says "Tested' and working condition. Very well packed. item arrived with a major failure and its not working. I checked the controller and the wire is cut near the plug. Seller ask to send it back but shipping cost from Canada is too much, even if I get a full refund ( except shipping return) I will loose money in any way. For sure, at this condition, I never bought this item even for parts.. its my lost... next time please test the item properly.
