The condition was listed as New, which the item inside indeed was, but the box it arrived in was pretty scuffed-up and not "new" looking. This wouldn't have mattered, except that it was for a gift. However, I am giving a 5-star rating because the customer service was EXCELLENT. When I notified the seller of the wrong color, they immediately refunded my payment in full, which I greatly appreciated.
