The idem did not boot the PC it asked for the auto windows software, and drivers.

This is frustrating, as I feel negative feedback should be reserved for those times when my performance is poor. In this case I shipped item morning after payment, added cardboard inserts to ensure safe transport, item received 2 days later. Item genuine HP, factory sealed. I included all HP Part #s in description, Recovery set is specific for Compaq 6005 Pro series, and buyer should have confirmed compatibility before purchase. Buyer never contacted me for help just leaves negative. Refunded.
