    Bachmann Trains Thunder Valley Ready-to-Run N Scale Train Set

    Actually, this set was purchased as a Christmas Present for a young man I am trying to get interested in the hobby of model railroading. My personal preference is HO Scale, however, this may serve as a way to get him involved with trains. Although I do not plan to open this New in Box N Scale set, I have had very good luck using various Bachmann products in the past!

    Bachmann Yard Boss

    Everything was well packaged. The track and cars had no damage. The locomotive wheels were locked, and one of the drive rods broke. Besides the broken locomotive everything is to my liking.

    Very nice beginner set

    The Bachmann Diesel Train set in N scale is a small beginners set that includes a 24" circle track. The diesel is lighted on both ends and is surprisingly detailed for its small size. The two freight cars and the caboose are also detailed. As I said this is a good beginners set or a nice add on to and existing set. Remember, these are small trains so, as recommended, this is not for small children.
