CPU was working fully after some teating though it did come with some thermal paste residue around the sides so definitely wasn't 100% open box. Also the shipping packaging wasn't the most secure even after I asked the seller to add bubble wrap which he barely even put around it.

You can decide if my experience matters to you as much as it does me, but, the shipping went fine, seller shipped next day, the processor came wrapped up in what looks like a napkin inside of a shipping envelope, and I think a napkin to wrap a $200+ processor is kinda wild, could’ve damaged the pins on it, I would’ve liked to see something a little safer.
