The seller s idea of how they would like to describe the condition of the product they re selling is comical. Then they have the audacity to accuse the buyer who returns said item that it s not what was sent to them. For starters, do better QC on the items being sold. If the item is not going to be usable than maybe idk NOT list the item for sale. Nobody is desperate for a bait and switch on a $80 item(although I m sure there are people who do this). Do better. Seller is a fraud.

Buyer requested a return after 4 weeks, we excepted the return was issued full refund , the item rthat was returned was not the same item that was originally sold
