I paid more for shipping than the bag because it was the perfect size for an upcoming trip. I messaged and asked if they could expedite and offered to pay even more money for their trouble.
To this day, they haven’t responded. They took several days to ship. The bag arrived after I left and I had to pay for a brand new bag locally. Waste of money.
It’s fine if you can’t. It’s rude to literally ignore someone asking for help. I won’t shop with them again.
