Item as promised, received quickly. Pretty dress. Rent the Runway barcode on tag?? Still like it either way. Not sure why seller offers OBO as I made five reasonable offers and all were rejected automatically. I decided to just buy at full asking price as I wanted the dress and it was at a good price though I would've liked to pay less with an offer. Oh well...
