This item was advertised as a kit. It came as a tool only. I did contact the seller, and the only remedy given was to send the item back for a refund.  The tool is operational and is in the original box which is marked tool only. In the picture, the tool only marking was cut off from site. I did choose to keep the tool but feel the advertising was deceptive
