"horrendous packaging"? I placed this coin in a 2x2 flip, then wrapped the 2x2 in cardboard, then folded that into the packing slip secured with tape. I put that into a bubble padded envelope & shipped w/ tracking & insurance. I take these meticulous measures with every single coin and have for 23 years. I'm sorry I didn't have, picture or advertise a capsule. I'm sorry if the coin fell out when opened. I hope today is better. Thank you for your purchase & positive feedback. I'm glad you like it
