    Great Band With A Great Story!

    Seeing this movie gives all the band members personalities beyond what they sound like The language was a little salty but being a musician myself I felt like I was right there with them through the ups and downs. Well done!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I am very pleased with my recent ebay purchase of The Commitments CD. To date, I've purchased about 4 CD's on ebay, both new and used and have been thoroughly satisfied with the condition and quality of the CD's. I decided to buy Cd's on ebay for the savings and in some cases, because I was unable to find them in local music stores. I'm a musician and I'm always looking for good Classic Rock, Blues and R&B songs to perform with my band. I really love The Commitments rendition of the old classics like Mustang Sally, In the Midnight Hour, and Hard to Handle.     Life-Changing Tracks and Totally Authentic Band Ups & Downs.

    Have watched this movie 20+ times simply for the music. For every bar band out there if you deny that you put 'Mustang Sally' into your performance you can a 'BIG FAT LIAR"! The Commitments' kick ass & IMPROVE on each Motown original they play. Wilson WHO?...James WHO????? These guys own the Greatest Soundtrack Music EVER!!!!!

    Even these are all covers there are no slouch preformances. Try a little tenderness is the one you play over ad over in the car as I sing on down the Highway. I always sound great when I have the volume up. This cut is different enough than otis redding's version that it stand on it's own. kinda like what the Black crows did for hard to handle now.

    Good movie and good soundtrack.

    Watched the movie and discovered all these great songs by the cast. The lead singer was outstanding with a Joe Cocker sounding voice.
