About this product

Product Information

The Blood of Dragons Flows through Your Veins In ages past, dragons ruled supreme. Now their distant scions, the races and individuals who carry their blood, live among the great empires of the world, where they forge their own glorious legacies. You can be among them. Embrace your draconic heritage, and the spoils of the world can be yours! This supplement for the D&D® game provides detailed information on the psychology, society, culture, behavior, religion, and folklore of the dragonblooded races, including kobolds and half-dragons. This book introduces two new player character races: the dragonborn (existing characters reborn in a new draconic form to combat and destroy the spawn of Tiamat) and the spellscales (artistic, philosophical beings with a penchant for sorcery and a thirst for new experiences). It also provides new prestige classes, feats, spells, magic items, equipment, and guidelines for crafting adventures and campaigns involving dragonblooded races. For use with these Dungeons & Dragons® core books Player's Handbook™Dungeon Master's Guide™ Monster Manual™

  • A few good ideas - but not enough to fill a book...

Well, having the council of wyrms-setting in mind from the 2nd Edition of AD&D I was expecting of finding something comparable like it in this book. To put it short - I was disappointed. Basically the book puts too much emphasis on rules like races, prestige classes and feats, etc. I feel it is little helpful in explaining why and how those cross-breeds come into existance and how they are meant to be played. The dragonbreed as artifical race is the only one I really like, because there is a story behind it. Everything else is just toying around. Anyways - I recommend to use this book with experienced gamers (not necessarily D&D though)only. Still it is no must-have.

  • Awesome character options, feats, spells, classes, races. Very good for 3.5 games.

Excellent Condition. I was happy with the book and would recommend.

  • Who can resist the power of the Dragon?

When a true gamer sees this book, they shake with excitment! How could they not? Everyone wants to experience a dragon in D&D, whether it be an NPC, a PC, or an encounter. That is what the game is about, after all it is in the title. This book allows players to dabble in all sorts of dragon-y things, whether is is to play a half-dragon, a full dragon, or create a massive connundrum with an encounter of the most well known magical beast. And, it gives ways you can barely dabble in dragonhood, or emmerse your self or your game in everything dragonesque... Race of the dragon.... I say the dragon wins this race.

  • Love this book

It’s simple. If you’re playing dnd this book expands game play. I recommend this book and every other races compendium available

  • Great add-on for D&D 3.5!

An absolute must-have for any campaign where dragons are more than simple beasts. More races, classes, variant half-dragon race, etc. Must-have for any DM!
