Listed as Brand New/Sealed. What I received: Opened and Used item. Seller's response: "Customs could have opened it". Customs would not open what is essentially, a sealed book. And when Customs officials do open things they leave the shrink wrap and other original related pieces behind inside the package. This was not done. Very disappointing experience. I advise caution when dealing with this seller.

Retaliatory feedback. I shipped a new and sealed disc set as shown in the listing. Feels like a false claim maybe from buyers remorse. Fortunately ebay did not charge me for the international return so buyer got a free item courtesy of Ebay.

The item I received was opened and used. It had clearly been handled. There were multiple fingerprints and even a small tear to one corner. It must be mentioned that this seller has a history of deceitful behavior. The negative feedback stands and is well deserved.
