"NEW WITH TAGS" item arrived with STRONG SMELL. Requested partial refund to offset cleaning and misrepresentation. Seller: "You should wash anything you buy before wearing it. If items have odors, I add that to the listings" & "You can return it for a refund for any reason but I cannot give a partial refund. Odors are obviously very important to you. I would recommend asking questions when shopping in the future as many sellers do not consider odors as part of their listing information."
