    for home use

    I used the old will maker 12 years ago. I needed to update my will because I moved to a new state. The newer version was all I needed. I updated my will and medical wish documents. The program is easy to use and automatically includes the names that you entered so they can be used for other docs. It comes with a book on legal stuff but I have not used it. I think this is a good value.

    Good experience all around.

    The book doesn't have anything to do with the CD. I don't think the book even mentions it, but the CD doesn't need much explanation. The Help, Tooltips, etc. are very good. As far as the intent of the package, I think it's fine. I did 99% of the paperwork in an hour, and learned that there are a lot more things I should be doing. Basically, it's quick, it's easy, and it costs a lot less than a lawyer.
