Item came broken in several places. Packaging could have been better. Item was previously broken and repaired which seller failed to mention in description. Seller said she failed to see the broken repair. Communication with seller was very good with a total refund.

I appreciate the positive feedback. I’m always happy to provide 100% refunds to my customers when necessary. As a seller of over 25 years, I thought this item was very well boxed. Sometimes boxes get dropped and beyond sellers control. I definitely did not see the hairline crack on the tail feathers and would have refunded based on that alone had it arrived in tact.
