The seller provided this laptop with a illegal copy of windows on it. It was unactivated and the seller installed an illegal windows key cracking application to try and pass it off as legitimate. The sticker on the bottom of the laptop with the proper windows product key was ripped off before shipping to me. I now have a laptop which was shown in the photos with a legitimate copy of activated windows but instead requires a purchase of windows to become usable. Seller will not respond to messages
