The item that was sent was not new as described. However when this was brought to the seller s attention they offered to exchange the item. Unfortunately the PLC had to be put into production and an exchange could not be done. The seller also offered compensation in lieu of exchange. The seller has demonstrated good faith in trying to make good the situation.
