Seller was communicative and responded fast, item was well packed but could had been better if the seller wrapped the item in film plastic or in a plastic bag to avoid get damaged by water. ebay shipping took a long time to arrive to Portugal, about a month and half, but i didn't mind as it was free from extra taxes :). The only issue with the seller was that he promised to send the pictured item and he didn't send that item, but a similar one in more or less the same condition...
