Product Information

In Blackthorne, a horizontal- and vertical-scrolling platform game, take on the role of Kyle Blackthorne, returning to his home world to rid it of the evil forces that deposed his family. Travel through rain forests, caverns, underground complexes, and stranger locations. Face mutant beasts, hideous goblins, renegade human bandits, and a selection of other nasties that have enslaved his people. Armed with a shotgun and ready to wreak havoc, Kyle jumps, climbs, shoots, and demolishes his way through the levels. Played in standard platform fashion, Blackthorne also places a lot of emphasis on puzzle solving. You'll need quick wits and quick reflexes to survive.

    Take this potion, brother.

    I used to play the PC game back in the day and the Game Boy Advance version has not let me down. Now I can take one of my favorite games on the go. Its a platformer with puzzles and limited gunplay but still fun. The story involves the main character traveling back to his homeworld and take revenge against those who have enslaved his people. Check it out it's a cool little game to pass the time with.

    Great remake!

    This is a great remake of the well known DOS game. The controls are simple enough so it was easily ported to GBA, maybe it's a bit better. The uses auto save function so you don't have to mess with it. I like old games and I like this GBA version as well. I recommend this game for every old DOS game lover!

    Classic cinematic action game

    Perfect, a classic... i've never finished on SNES so i really needed to buy it for the GameBoy Advance... let me see if i can finish him now!!

    great game to pick up if your in a mood for gory.

    great side scrolling adventure, a lot like prince of persia meets guns. the controls on the portable are a bit confusing, but it's still a great game. have fun
