    One malfunction injector

    I orsered these for my 2010 rs camaro as a genuine replacement for the injectors, once i received the set i realzed they got the same part number of the old ones but was confused that 5 of the 6 injectors had closee top ends with needle puncture and the 6th was wide open same as the ones installed so i guessed these were new injector types, nevertheless after replacing all 6 of them it turned out that one of the 5 injectors had a malfunction as it was injecting fuel into the combustion chamber flooding it which led the fuel through the exhaust, so we had to replace one of the old good injectors back again.

    5 out of 6 Injectors worked

    Fortunately I tested all injectors before installing because on my vehicle this is a job that you do not want to do twice. Unfortunately, 1 of my newly purchased injectors was plugged. I tried spraying cleaner through it to no avail. With my car disassembled I made the decision to purchase an injector from my local parts store versus waiting 3 to 5 days to get a replacement. Had all of my injectors worked I would have given a 5 Star rating. I sure wish that these Injectors had been tested before being sent out.
