However, after trying a few times, I gave it to the person who tests electronics where I work. The gentleman told me that it works but he also said something about the gps being charged a certain way before using it which I do not understand: as soon as I press Navigation, the gps gets back to dark. I had a couple of gps's in the past ten years and they were all very straightforward and easy to use. Please, I know this is not your fault. It was a extensive process. Seller just kept offering to refund part of the purchase price, over and over. I finally caved and excepted a partial refund, without having to send them back. All in all, I would order from them again.

I just bought a mini cooper and didn't know it was a F56. The part I ordered was for a R56. Needless to say they were very helpful in assisting me with solutions to my error.
