    I am reluctant to write a negative review, but this transaction has left a bad taste in my mouth. I contacted the seller twice; he said he would look into it, but after two weeks have not heard back. The ad said the shampoo was 24 oz., but it was only 8 oz. The ad said it was "Shampoo & Conditioner," but it was only shampoo. The top was loose and the product was dripping out of the package, so the post office refused to deliver it and I had to go pick it up.

    Strong enough to heal major irritations but gentle enough to use on the face.

    This is by far the best product for any type of problem skin. I use it on my face and arms or any new irritation. If you develop a small rash this will most likely help. I have no complaints!

    I would recommend this cream to anyone with dry skin.

    I liked the old formula better but this is an excellent cream for dry skin. Especially old people. I am 87 years old and I use it daily on my feet as well as legs and arms.
