    My item arrived on time and I received the item pictured in the description. As far as the device itself, I'm not too convinced it is actually microcurrent. I think it just vibrates and is good for lymph drainage, the LEDs work fine but even with a full charge the device runs out of juice after only 5 or 6 minutes, so it doesn't really have time for the light therapy to do much good.
