      I can't rate this item's performance, since I haven't used it yet. But, it appears to be well made. When it arrived, I noticed the cardboard shipping container was damaged and taped. This probably occurred during shipping and WAS NOT A FAULT OF THE SELLER. After unboxing, I noticed it had a small dent on the upper left side; otherwise, it looks great. I contacted the seller and the dent issue was quickly and satisfactorily resolved. I researched this unit and the seller's price was very good.

      Effective and Easy to use.

      Everything seems to work very well on the Air Fryer / Toaster Oven. The unit seems very powerful which took some getting used to in terms of heating up time / adjusting our previous Air Fryer cook times with warm-up times factored in. The controls seem fairly easy but there is one caveat, I wish there was a 'Stop / Off' button that was separate from the 'Start' button so I could get out of the selected menu or at least turn off the unit display. The one task that seems to be much more difficult, only in comparison to our previous Ninja Air Fryer, is that seasoning items like potatoes is not really easily accomplished in the horizontal tray vs the previous 'basket' design. All around, this seems to be a great product. Time will tell on reliability as our previous Cuisinart Toaster Oven ...

      Concerned about the ovens external heat

      I was excited to order a toaster oven with a Air Fryer. The unit looked great. Then my wife opened the owners manual and found the warnings to not use this oven under upper cabinets. don't use on a countertop that could be damaged by the heat. Unplug when not in use. (which resets the built in clock). We have upper cabinets and Formica counter tops. My wife didn't feel comfortable using this toaster oven/Air Fryer. So without using the unit we sent it back. Also It seems silly to have a clock on a unit that needs to be unplugged when not in use.

      Better Air Oven with more room and features

      This was purchased as a replacement for an older air oven. It has taken a little getting use to since heating times are different from the old one. It has more space and more preset options from which to choose. Exterior is different because of it being all metal on the outside where the old oven had heavy plastic exterior side walls. Toast function works very well. Ability to adjust times even on the preset options is convenient.

      Great Product

      I have had no problems with my new Toaster oven/Air Fryer. I use nearly every day. Easy to clean. I place foil on bottom of oven for easy cleanup and cover pan with foil as well. Air fryer is awesome. Most foods ready in half the time of an conventional oven. Nice to have a 2 year warranty included on product .

      Very Easy to Use. Much faster than an oven.

      Very easy to use. Lots of functions. Cooks things super fast. The only issue I discovered was broil doesn't seem to work great which is not a huge deal. Won't heat up the entire kitchen in the summertime. I love it.
