      I bought two V15B vacuums. Both are missing hair screw tool brush and wand storage clip. Also one vacuum (blue/purple cyclone) dosen't show the particle size/count like the golden one. Also Dyson never replied to messages here in ebay. Very bad experience, poor quality control, deceptive description of the product and no customer service.

      Both my vacuums were missing hair screw brush. Also the vacuums are faulty as they don't show particle count/size. Don't by Dyson refurbished vacuums as they have reduced the quality significantly. The purple color cyclone is the main problem.
