But after 6 hours of trying, this printer would NOT be recognized by my computer and going to HP they asked for a serial number before anything. This printer has the SN in 3 locations so I knew I had it right. HP would NOT take this SN, said it was BAD. This printer, like most of the newer ones, has to go through a Cell Phone. WHY..? I just want to connect to my computer and PRINT. To their credit, and the reason for the Positive, they did issue a Refund promptly.
