The package it was shipped in was horrible, there was no box, the wire ends were twisted as if it was previously installed and there are a few scratch marks on the face of the dimmer. If it works all is fine especially with the price, don’t tell me this is new product and then ship me something other than that.

If you have a through-hole in your door already (as most pre-drilled exterior doors do) you will need the QuikSet security cover plate for outside, which unfortunately now appear to be discontinued and sell for about $16.00 each plus shipping from clearance sellers who are taking advantage of sellers due to their scarcity.
