Really frustrating. I also got some pieces that were super worn/poor condition. So I'm very disappointed in the way my doll was packed for shipping. Thankfully it arrived to me not damaged. It's OK to reuse a box but at least use one that is completely sealed and doesn't have a hole in it where you can see my item.
