Prompt shipping with tracking number provided. The books were well packaged and arrived undamaged. The local post office delivered them to the wrong box number. Fortunately, the other person was honest and returned the books and post office delivered 10 days after arrival. Not the seller’s fault, everything was very well printed on label. I was a bit disappointed that there was a pronounced mildewy smell to the yarn when I opened the shipping box, but the yarn appears undamaged. My hope is that the smell dissipates now that it is out of the shipping box.Follow-up from: g***l- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.I apologize if I made it sound like I was blaming the seller for the issue. It is certainly probable the shipment picked up the smell in transit. The seller reached out to me, apologized, and issued a partial refund to compensate for any inconvenience. I so appreciate the gesture on the sellers' part and would not hesitate to purchase from them again!
