        Fast and quiet

        This drive seems to perform well. Being quiet and transfer rate were my main criteria in a drive. Easy install, no problems. Just plugged and played in Win 10. I recommend this drive to anyone needing more storage. Price and shipping were fantastic.

        Seagate Hard Drive.

        I've experienced very reliable service from various Seagate hard drives since 2001 or so (both privately and professionally). And this drive is no exception. It's quiet and cool running which makes it well suited for DVR and NVR use.

        Better than expected product

        I bought this Hard drive for a DVD recorder. Little did I know that this is in fact a surveillance hard drive. Meaning that it can process up to 16 HD camera streams, simultaneously! It also has 64MB of cache memory which really helps. So this purchase ends up being overkill for my needs, but at least it will last longer than expected! Very satisfied with this purchase!

        Why I like this product.

        Using as a Clone for backup. A Clone operates the same as the original installed hard drive, and unlike a restore or fresh install, all programs run perfectly. Although usually designed for camera DVR use, this hard drive gets the job done.
