    Top and bottom of ring has no air output

    Just received mine yesterday. I noticed the top and bottom of the ring has no air coming out. Only the left and right edges have air output. Is that normal? My friend has a AM09 which seem to have the same ring, and it does have air coming out from the top and bottom.
