I contacted Dyson outlet and to initiate return after unpacking, as the condition doesn't match the one promised (cleaned and sanitized). Unfortunately, I made mistake: I cancelled return to improve message. Ebay gives only one attempt. No Ebay no Dyson willing to communicate and resolve the issue. Dyson is ghosting me for 3 weeks already. Scam.
