The bore was totally washed out and rattled on the motor shaft even though the set screw was tightened.Reply from: ironacresindustrial- Feedback replied to by seller ironacresindustrial.- Feedback replied to by seller ironacresindustrial.We did not have a chance to make it right with the customer, had we noticed the feedback sooner or had the customer reached out we would have made it right with them without hesitation. We did end up refunding the customer and sending an apology anyway.
