    Meh

    Don't like how the pages come out face down. Lots of paper movement before it prints from the scanner, so you have to leave the item on the scanner longer than you think, or you miss the scan. Does not have one touch copy that I know of. Was not easy to set up, I had to call a tech for assistance. This is really more than I needed, but the price was good. Do not like, at all, the way it keeps in contact with HP. I feel like I have a spy in my home. Do not like the auto ink option that charges more if you print more. I didn't sign up for it. Just let me buy ink when I need it, for crying out loud!

    Great print for most things, but....

    Great for most printing needs. However there is one BIG design defect: the pages print face down on the guides. On most paper, that's fine. But if you're printing dense color, on gloss paper not sold by HP (at .50 per sheet!), when the page comes out - face down - it will smear the ink on the plastic guies on its way out of the printer. The ad pics don't show this. So, beware! Several people have mentioned this problem in forums. And the answer is usually, "they did this go keep unauthorized prying eyes in an office environment from seeing the the final print."

    HP OfficeJet PRO 8720 e-All in One Printer

    I love my new HP OfficeJet PRO 8720 because it does a wonderful job, printing, scanning or faxing. It is a large printer, but I have plenty of space for it. It is an excellent printer, and has great quality.

    Best price and prints

    Great price. We already have a 8725 and 7720. They all use HP 952 ink. The reason we bought the 8720 was for the quality (and price) of the prints like we're getting from our 8725. We print books with lots of pictures and have already printed 532 prints with the 8720 that are perfect.
