Negative: the description did not note the missing mounting and security screws, the seller did not mention it during a pre-shipping exchange, and the pictures did not disclose it (there was no image of the side with the security screw, and the only image with the inner unit on the mounting plate showed it from the back where screw mounts couldn't be seen).
