        All-in-all I think the seller did his/her job reasonably. It took 8 days to arrive, but that seems to have been the problem of Royal Mail, and not the seller. I would recommend posting asap in future, since Royal Mail appears v patchy in its performance. The item came out of the box, but the box was included - which was sensible since it then goes through a letter box. No issues there since the item is what it is supposed to be ...
