Alexisonfire is back with their first studio album in almost three years. Their last album, the US breakthrough release Crisis, sold over 60,000 copies, which was a 20% increase over their previous release. OLD CROWS / YOUNG Cardinals is the new album and a total return to form for the band. Back in the studio with Crisis producer Julius Butty, the band has delivered another monster filled with the same anger, beauty and pop that have built the band up to international superstar status. Georges vocals now pack a more Smokey, hardcore punch than the throaty growl fans were accustomed to. That adds just enough edge, but also a little more mainstream sense to the album. LOOK OR OLD CROWS / YOUNG CARDINALS to be another step in the right direction for Alexisonfire.
