    The product was brand new as described and wrapped in plastic and in a protective. box. This is exactly as needed, looks flawless and unused. Got this for an older pc I was upgrading since i forgot to install it the first time, lol. Shipping took about 2 weeks but this was included information by the seller already so I knew before buying.
