    Revlon Colorstay brow pencil

    I use the eyeliner which I like very much . Thought the brow pencil would be just as nice. I did not like the way it went on my brow. It was not smooth. It seemed lumpy. Maybe I just got a bad pencil.

    Did not like the quality

    No matter how lightly I pressed the pencil to my brow line, the tip kept breaking off. I made sure not to extend the tip out too much, but it kept breaking off anyway.
