Highly recommend these shoes to those spending most time weight training. They are on the stiffer side but that’s exactly people at weight room need. I love how the soles are not squishy and the unique color of Metcon 9 AMP too.

My only complaint would be that one of the shoes had a slight crease from the laces being pulled super tight but it can be fixed.
