    Arrived in excellent condition, shipped out right away, gave shipping information within the same day a purchase, packed very well. Except for the 3 ornament balls that fell off in shipping which wasn't the sellers fault the tree was perfect, the same thing happened when I bought 2 more from Michaels this year, apparently it's a common problem so I just glued them back on. I recommend this seller with high regards. The cost of the tree was the same as the Michaels sale price, reasonable.
