    THE CARTRIDGES DIDN'T WORK

    These print cartridge were the exact type my printer uses, but neither one of them would work. Kept saying press ENTER to align print heads, I did this multiple times but no help. Put my old cartridge back in the printer and it worked ok, except for being faded out. Just wasted my money.

    Don't waste your time with expired color cartidges

    Tried numerous times to buy new, sealed but expired HP78 inkjet cartridges. After numerous failures right out of the sealed package, I gave up and bought a new HP printer.

    Very DISAPPOINTED

    Delivery was fast, but the ink cartridge was completely dry or clogged. Could not print at all. The date stamp on the package was removed so it had to be very old stock.

    Bad product

    #78 Cartridge; with 2 that I ordred nither worked??What can you do to assure me that if another one is ordered will it work?? I have completely cleaned surFces and still no result. I feel that a replacment cartridge ahould be sent to me ??

    Buy genuine products like this.

    Printer stopped working because cartridge I had in it was faulty. Replaced it with this genuine HP78 as shown. Works fine now.
